Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Tuition Click for your educational needs. We strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below:
Individual Batch:
- If you have enrolled in an individual batch and have completed the demo class, but are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of raising the refund query.
- The refund amount will be processed after deducting the fees for the classes attended up to the refund request date, equivalent to 7 days of classes.
Group Batch:
- If you have enrolled in a group batch and have completed the demo class, but are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of raising the refund query.
- The refund amount will be processed after deducting the fees for one month of classes from the total fees paid.
Note:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of refund request approval.
- Any promotional discounts or offers applied at the time of enrollment will not be refunded.
- Tuition Click reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
